Rebecca's style of therapy is based upon Psychodynamic principles, which emphasise the value of assisting individuals to express experiences, thoughts, and feelings through words. Psychodymanic psychotherapy goes beyond looking at behaviour and providing strategies. Rebecca has completed a Bachelor of Psychology, a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), a Master of Clinical Psychology and is a Board-Approved Clinical Psychology Supervisor.
